EXCHANGES POLICY
Only12Studio are only able to accept exchanges where goods received by you have arrived damaged or faulty.
It is therefore imperative that you are 100% sure that you like the design on the print that you are purchasing.
Once your item has arrived, please inspect the condition of your picture before unwrapping it. If, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, you must leave the item in its cellophane wrapping and report the damage to us within 48 hours. Once this wrapping has been removed we are no longer able to accept responsibility and we will not be able to offer you a replacement. If you think there is a fault, however small, please do therefore contact us before opening the cellophane on your item.
If you are not happy with the condition of the product on receipt then you can exchange the damaged item(s) within fourteen days of receipt, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We will require you to return the damaged item. Instructions on postage will be given once an exchange has been agreed with us. Parcels are returned at your own cost and we recommend you obtain a certificate of postage as items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
Once the damaged item is received and inspected by us, we will then authorise the exchange of the item by posting to you an exact replacement item in good condition.
This policy is in place to ensure that there are only twelve originals in circulation and to protect copyright.
